And even though it’s an emergency call, I was greeted with a warm greeting vibe from him that just made everything smooth. (Besides the work he had to fix since the past contractor did it not do it the proper way, causing the issue) Our conversation was very entertaining, packed with full of wisdom and knowledge and it was just an experience I can’t forget. I definitely recommend Mr. Alan from Lakeland to take a look at any of your well pump issues. He is filled with knowledge with 47 years of experience. God bless this man, his family and the company. I wish I could’ve taken photos of the work he was doing but I don’t want to be troublesome or seem like I’m micro managing. Had a odd buzz coming below our well tank on a Saturday Morning, Called up Alan who came out right quick ( it was his Birthday )! He diagnosed the problem with a cautionary scale of problem pricing before diving into to weeds. A few processes of elimination determined the pump hadn't been replaced since 96'. I had a pipe leak and the plumber I initially had come over said I needed a certified well technician to fix/replace the needed parts as it was connected to my well tank. Enter the amazing Alan. I called on Sunday evening and explained the issue, he asked me to email pictures and responded that he knew exactly what was needed. He arrived first thing the next morning and not only replaced my problem pipe, but also 2 other issues in record time. Alan’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I found his company online through the stellar reviews and am now jumping in to add my own!
