Our water pump stopped working on Tuesday night and being first time homeowners we were very nervous about what could be wrong. We Google searched water pump companies and Lakeland popped up. After reading the reviews we were comfortable calling. Alan made our issue a priority and came the very next morning. He arrived 10 minutes early and went straight to work. When he came into our home he was super friendly and set our mind at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. He was able to fix our water pump in less than than an hour and his price was reasonable. We are so happy that we found a reliable person for any future water pump issues. We highly recommend Alan!!

We called at 8:00 a.m., after we lost water in our house. Alan was there within the hour! He diagnosed the problem and replaced the pump, in a timeframe we thought was impossible. Our water was restored in short order. But what was most impressive, besides his knowledge, was how personable he was. It was almost like talking to an old friend! If you want to see a professional craftsman at work call Alan. Despite difficult obstacles, electrical wires and freezing temperatures, Alan was able to raise the well pump and diagnose the problem. He quickly restored water to me at a reasonable price. if he's not on Angie's list, he should be. He made Cathie's list.

Alan came on Saturday morning saw my problem leaking water pressure tank. He did not have a direct solution, but came back after seeing what he had in his truck. The Welxtrol tank that was available was much higher than the failed one. He than proceeded to adapt the tank to my plumbing over the next two hours. Then he had to dismantle the old tank to drain and remove it. I was extremely happy to have the problem solved on a Saturday rather than keep vacuuming up water every few hours or no water

I called two companies as I have just moved to the area when the pressure valve blew on my well and I lost water. Lakeland was the only one that called back and came first thing on a Sunday. I was impressed with the response time and understanding and my inexperience with wells. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what was in need of repair, he also gave me an overview of my system. Lakeland will be my ONLY call moving forward.

Al, Thanks so much for fixing our recent problems in the well house. You were here in less than 3 hours and it only took one and a half to two hours to update our well. You answered all our questions and made specific recommendations. Also thank you for putting us on the receiving end of a recycled metal support lid for our well house. I own a Dog Grooming & Boarding facility, when my water suddenly stopped working I called Alan. I have used him in the past for my home and had very good service from him. When he found out that I had no water at the facility he rearranged his day to get to me as soon as he could. He knows his stuff, he got right to work, made a plan and fixed everything. My well system got a much needed checkup and overhaul and now I am confident that my well will be running with no problems for a long time

I recently had a no water issue. My well pump was only 7 years old.I called Alan from Lakeland Water Pump whom I found on the internet It was my lucky day! He was such a nice man. He was knowledgeable, professional and had a great sense of humor, which goes a long way with me. He said he couldn't be sure, but didn't think it was my pump, Which by the way is 900 feet deep. He went to work and discovered a broken wire at 160 feet, repaired it and I had water. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Alan Altshuler from Lakeland Water Pump did a great job replacing a well pump in a very tough existing installation. He had to work in a two foot by two foot by four foot deep pit using his ingenuity and experience to remove the old pump head. He accomplished the job in a very professional manor.
